What is the check in and check out time?
Check in is from 2 pm, check out by 10 am on the day of departure. If you need to arrive at the hotel before the check in time, no problem, we will provide you with a parasol and two sunbeds so that you won't miss One single minute of the beach! We advise you to have your swimming suit and sea bag ready with you to get your holiday started immediately, while we carefully prepare your room.
How far is the hotel from the beach, what does the service include and what are the amenities?
The Prestige hotel is about 100 meters from the beach, you can reach our private beach provided with a kiosk bar, services, hot and cold shower, beach court and games for children in only a few steps. The beach service includes 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds. Before you head to the beach for the first time do not forget to go to reception and collect your voucher, you'll have an umbrella reserved for the whole stay.
Is it possible to reserve the first row on the beach?
Yes, you can reserve the position of your umbrella up to the fourth row with a small supplement. We advise you to check availability at the time of booking due to the high demand.
Is parking available?
Parking is a free service with limited availability, It cannot be reserved. In high season you can park for free in the streets surrounding the structure in case there are no more spaces available in the hotel parking lot. Alternatively, there is a big free public parking at 150 meters from the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets not over 15 kg are allowed, they can only stay in the standard rooms with a small daily supplement, entry to the breakfast and dining rooms during the service is not allowed. Families with pets will generally have breakfast in the veranda. Pets are allowed to the beach in the dedicated area provided with umbrellas.
Are the beds double or 2 single beds close together?
Our rooms are all equipped with a single double bed.
If my room has a window, where can I dry my swimming suits?
All rooms are provided with a drying rack, alternatively you can use the terrace available to all our guests on the first floor.
Are there bicycles available?
Montesilvano has a comfortable promenade bordered by the bike path and web have rental city bike with child seats available to our guests. We also have mountain bikes available. The use of the bikes is free for the first two hours every day. Expert bikers can bring their own bike and keep it in our indoor garage upon reservation.
How is Montesilvano?
Montesilvano is a quiet family town. The sea is in front of the pine forest, Nature is therefore the predominant element, especially on the coast. The sand is fine and soft and water is shallow and clean, especially suitable for small and delicate children. Thanks to this, even the control of their children is simple and they feel carefree because they are free to move. In the evening a large stretch of the promenade becomes pedestrian and there are many events, markets and touristic activities that enliven the summer evenings. The historic Luna Park for young and old is a must.
Restaurant Service
Do you offer buffet breakfast? What is the breakfast time?
Yes, the breakfast service is a buffet served by our staff, protected by an anti-covid barrier to ensure maximum safety. The buffet includes a selection of sweet and savory, gluten-free products or other intolerances. Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.00 but those who wish to live their holiday in total relaxation and love to rest a little more, can safely have breakfast at the bar beyond the scheduled time.
Are meals served? What are the restaurant times?
The meals are fully served, our menu includes three choices of first courses, three choices of second courses with meat and fish every day, two side dishes, fruit or desert, house wine, water and soft drinks on tap. Lunch is from 1 to 2 pm , dinner is from 8 to 9 pm. Meals not taken are non refundable but can be replaced by a lunch packet.
Can I also buy extra meals for friends or family?
Yes, you can purchase extra meals at the reception upon reservation.
Is there a personalized menu for celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, intolerants (lactose, albumin etc...)
The hotel kitchen is equipped to meet any need of our guests. You can mention your food requests at the time of booking to allow us to better organize ourselves.
Can I request a menu for small children?
We cook everyday healthy and genuine baby food for the little guests (0 to 3 years old). Our chef will prepare vegetable broths and soups with no salt every day. Semolina, pasta and homogenized are always available. A Microwave oven, bottle warmer and a fridge will always be at the disposal of moms. Our cuisine will also meet the needs of early lunch and dinner for younger children
Every morning we set up the Baby Corner, where children can enjoy the best breakfast ever, because we like independent children who are able to chose according to their own taste. Plasmon cookies and Nesquik are available.

Family Service
Do you offer children entertainment?
Everyday there will be a lot of fun on the beach and many stimulating activities for all children organized by the Pinolo's team. Children aged 4 and over have fun while their parents will be relaxing in the sun! Parental supervision is required for younger children.
Is there an open bar for children too?
Yes, unlimited soft drinks and fruit juices are available for the little ones in the evening, from 10 to 11. Before sleep time, they can all gather at the good night buffet with milk, relaxing herbal teas, plasmon biscuits and nice fairy tales to take to their room for a last cuddle with their parents.
Are there children's play areas?
We have the Baby Room in the hotel, 'La Tana di Pinolo', with games, climbing and a fun playground with coloured balls. There is a play area on the beach, where the activities of the mini club take place, beside the kiosk bar.
Is there childcare during the meals?
Yes, children can eat with their families and then go to the Baby Room accompanied by a nanny who will take care of them while the parents are at lunch. Assistance in the Baby Room is provided from 13.00 till the end of lunch and from 8.00 pm till the end of dinner.
Are bath tubs, backsplashes and reducers provided?
Certainly, on request and for free. Microwaves and bottle warmers are also available. If you need a cot with side rails (camping bed) along with linen you can rent it for a small fee. The side rail for the single bed is free.
Are strollers provided?
We have numerous strollers available for free, non-bookable and subject to availability.
What is there to do at night ?
You can have fun participating in the entertainment nights both for adults and for children organized by our staff or if you prefer to take walk, you can reach the pedestrian area full of bars, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, rides, evening markets, amusements parks and have a drink on the beach. Alternatively you can reach the city center of Pescara, only 5 km away.
Is there entertainment in the hotel?
Our animation team organizes various activities for both children and adults on the beach and at the hotel. Every day, at the Baby Club, educational workshops are proposed; in the evening between atmospheric lights and soft puppets will be read the Bedtime Fairy Tale and to follow the Buffet goodnight. A beach volleyball court is available for adults.

Booking
How can I get info about my holiday?
It is possible to receive all the information without any commitment by simply filling out the form on the website, alternatively we recommend calling or whatsapping the booking office at 393 9998340 explaining all your needs in order to find together the best solution for a tailor-made holiday
I've already booked my holiday, what happens if I have to cancel ?
Although under the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal, we are happy to grant the following conditions in case of cancellation:
- Free up to 7 days before arrival
- Full deposit paid from 7 days before arrival
- No refund in case of early departure
Can I book a non-smoking room?
All rooms at the Prestige Hotel are non-smoking. It is allowed to smoke on the balcony of the room (Style, Comfort and Deluxe) or in the outdoor area of the hotel.
Will my special requests regarding the room location be guaranteed?
We always do our best to satisfy our guests, therefore will take in high consideration all your requests. However, we cannot guarantee them, eather in written or verbal form.
What is the advantage of booking on the website?
We guarantee the best price on our web-site. No brokerage costs are applied, you will have a direct contact with the hotel staff, there will be no intermediary who need to intervene in case of a change in the reservation.
How can I pay the bill?
The bill can be paid during your stay before the day of departure, we recommend not to wait until the last day in order to avoid long waits. It is possible to pay cash, by credit or debit card or bank transfer upon arrival. Checks are not accepted.
On the check out day, may I use the beach service and leave my luggage in custody?
Of course you can! For those who chose the full board or half board ALL INCLUSIVE formula with a minimum stay of 7 nights we offer our exclusive 'Mare No Limits' formula which will allow you to use the beach service both on the day of arrival if before 2 pm, and on the check out day after 10 am. With the 'Mare No limits' formula, after having vacated the room, we ask that you also free the parking lot, so that you can enjoy the whole day at the beach without any hassle. When you decide to leave you can use one of our service bathrooms complete with linen for a last shower before departure. It is a free a service but it needs to be reserved.
Do you organize transfers from/to the airport/train station?
Upon request, the hotel will organize taxi transfers. The service is subject to a fee. You only need to communicate the date of arrival, the airport or station, the time of arrival and flight number. The transfer agent will wait for you at the exit gate and will take you straight to the hotel. Payment will be made to the driver directly. We kindly ask you to book this service at least seven days in advance for check-in and one day in advance for check out. The taxi shuttle service can be requested for ant time.
